No. We do not sell your details to multiple contractors. Homeowners choose who to contact, or we route a single request to a small number of suitable local roofers.
How do I correct a duplicate or closed business?
Email corrections@roofersbook.com with the listing URL and supporting links (for example, the Companies House page showing the dissolution or the correct entity). We aim to acknowledge within two working days and resolve within seven. Full process on the complaints page.
How do I request a correction or takedown?
RoofersBook does not collect or publish homeowner reviews — our ranking is based on verification and fit, not on review content. If a statement on your listing or in a guide is factually wrong, the fast-path correction process and the formal takedown route (including the defamation process) are both on the complaints page.
